Are Smith Stone Walters registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)? 

Yes.

Since its inception in 2001, Smith Stone Walters has been registered with the OISC . Our team of Immigration Advisers are all individually registered by the OISC to give appropriate advice on UK immigration matters.

 

When are your fees payable?

All our fees are fixed and made known to our clients from the outset.

In addition, Smith Stone Walters offers a no win no fee service in most cases. This provision allows clients to benefit from our professional, efficient and personal service prior to payment.

Does Smith Stone Walters manage asylum-based applications?

No.
