One of the most popular UK immigration categories is the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - now known as Tier 1 under the points-based system. It is designed for high achievers (in any field) and young professionals with good potential.

The HSMP can provide a practical alternative for both employer and employee. Candidates do not need a prior job offer in order to have their application considered by the Home Office’s points scheme.
