Obtaining a PBS Sponsorship Licence

Under the new system, employers shall be fully responsible for the actions of any migrant they employ. Before you apply for a license, you must have good human resource systems and compliance in place to allow you to monitor and keep records of the migrants you employ. As part of the license application process, these systems shall be assessed and rated by the UK Border Agency.
